COOLAdvantage Program
Program Overview
The COOLAdvantage Program provides rebates for energy-efficient central air conditioners or heat pumps as well as proper system sizing and installation "best practices" that affect operating efficiency. There is also a seasonal rebate offered for room air conditioners.
- Customers of Atlantic City Electric, Jersey Central Power and Light, Public Service Electric and Gas, or Rockland Electric are eligible for specific COOLAdvantage incentives.
- Customers of municipal or co-op electric customers are eligible for COOLAdvantage incentives funded through the federal government (ARRA).
Incentives
New 2010 incentives for the COOLAdvantage program went into effect April 1, 2010. Incentives and information for units purchased before April 1, 2010 and on or after April 1, 2009 are still available.

WARMAdvantage Program
Program Overview
The WARMAdvantage Program provides rebates for high efficiency home heating systems and/or water heaters. To be eligible you must purchase, install and operate a gas heating system and/or domestic water heater that meets all applicable efficiency requirements.
- Customers of Elizabethtown Gas, New Jersey Natural Gas, Public Service Electric and Gas, or South Jersey Gas are eligible for specific WARMAdvantage incentives.
- Customers of municipal or co-op electric customers are eligible for WARMAdvantage incentives funded through the federal government (ARRA).
The rebates are available for replacement/retrofit installation in existing homes for current New Jersey residential gas customers of Elizabethtown Gas, New Jersey Natural Gas, PSE&G or South Jersey Gas.
