As you may have heard, the NJ Clean Energy Incentive Program - which was abrubtly ended by the state - is coming back, but with some limitations. The updated Program will limit the number of contracts that can be written.
We want to let you know what is happening, and get you “in-line” so you can take advantage of the Program, before it’s gone for good.
NJ homeowners who have already taken advantage of the ENERGY STAR® program received substantial incentives and have seen their utility bills reduced by as much as 30%.
Now it’s your turn to lower your utility bills and get up to $5,600 in incentives to do so!
And there’s more: NJ Clean Energy Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program also has a 10-year, 0% interest loan to help you take advantage of the Program.
It may sound too good to be true, but the numbers tell the story. In fact, in some cases, you can actually make money by converting to an ENERGY STAR home. The chart shows an example.
